The scope of this project included the renovation of existing science labs and preservation of offices.

There were ADA upgrades, asbestos (HAZMAT) abatement, upgrades to fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and telecommunication systems.

Primarily this 40-year old classroom building was upgraded to a state-of-the-art, higher education teaching facility.
