We developed a conceptual design to the City of Ferndale and Whatcom County Library for temporarily housing the Ferndale Library in the old Boy’s and Girl’s Club in Pioneer Park. The main purpose of the study was to create a “vision” for a facility that addressed the immediate and long term needs of a library branch and for a community center and to provide information to facilitate decisions that would define the future facilities at this location.
