A 250,000 square foot manufacturing and administrative facility specializing in production of light weight panels and accessories for commercial airline interiors.

The design included distributing support systems throughout the production area to expedite the flow of the product as it passed through the various points of completion. The building was sited in a developing urban village with meandering sidewalks.

Aesthetic considerations focused on minimizing the visual external impact. The main production floor is set below the administration’s main entrance level.

The natural slope of the site allows access to the manufacturing area and minimizes the exposure to the overall streetscape.
