Work of Highland Hall Seismic & Utilities Upgrade included the installation of a new seismic resisting system, replacement of the existing ventilation system, modifications to the existing hot-water heating system and controls, major replacement of the domestic water supply systems and waste systems, replacement of electrical and telecom systems, hazardous materials abatement, other miscellaneous work to support the system upgrades noted above and interior improvements.

Phase One included work to the center of three buildings and the facility infrastructure, which occurred during the summer of 2002.

Phase Two included work to the north and south buildings and took place during the summer of 2003.
